Cookie Policy
The cookies and similar technologies used across our website and Services, and why.
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar browser technologies that 3 Times Logistics LLC uses on our website and in Compliance Software and Payroll Software (together, the "Services"), what each one does, and how you can manage them.
Contents
1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website or application. We also use browser local and session storage, which work similarly to cookies but are only ever read by our own website and Services, never transmitted to us automatically with every request the way cookies are.
2. Categories We Use
We limit our use of cookies and browser storage to the following categories:
- Strictly necessary / authentication and security: technologies required for the Services to function, such as keeping you signed in and protecting your session; the Services cannot be used without these.
- Functional: technologies that remember interface choices, such as a selected theme or a collapsed sidebar, to make the Services more convenient to use.
We do not use analytics cookies or advertising/marketing cookies on our website or in the Services.
3. Cookies and Storage in Use
| Name | Type | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PHPSESSID | Cookie | Strictly necessary | Maintains your logged-in session while you use the Services. | Session (deleted when you close your browser) |
| remember_me | Cookie | Authentication / security | Optional "remember me" login token, stored as a secure, HTTP-only cookie, used to keep you signed in across browser sessions if you choose that option. | Up to 30 days |
| Interface preferences (e.g., theme, sidebar, column layout) | Local storage | Functional | Remembers your display preferences within the Services on the device you're using. | Until cleared by you or your browser |
4. No Advertising or Analytics Cookies
We do not currently use third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, or tracking pixels on our website or within the Services, and we do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or track you across other websites. If this changes in the future, we will update this Policy accordingly and provide any consent mechanism required by applicable law before deploying such technologies.
5. Managing Your Preferences
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Because the PHPSESSID cookie is strictly necessary to keep you signed in, blocking it will prevent you from logging in or using the Services. Disabling the optional remember_me cookie will simply require you to sign in again each time you return. You can also clear local storage through your browser's settings, which will reset saved interface preferences without otherwise affecting your account or data.
6. International Users
Where applicable law in your jurisdiction requires consent before certain non-essential cookies or similar technologies are used, we will seek to obtain that consent as required before deploying those technologies. Strictly necessary cookies, such as those required to keep you securely signed in, are generally exempt from such consent requirements because the Services cannot function without them.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use. We will revise the "Last Updated" date above when we do. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
